Finally, this week in Nigeria, Gionee launched the Gionee M12 smartphone. Two processor options are available for the phone: one comes with a Media Tek Helio A25 processor and another is fitted with a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC. The company has agreed to set two prices for these two versions depending on the processor. Let’s discuss the specifications of this phone and the price.

The Gionee M12 features a 6.55-inch IPS LCD HD+ (720 to 1,600) screen size pixels with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The handset also has a screen to body ratio of 91 percent. This phone comes with two processor choices, as described above: MediaTek Helio A25 and MediaTek Helio A22 (same silicon but lower clock).

Two storage configurations are also provided by the business. Both SoCs will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage space, but another storage configuration will also be available for the MediaTek A22 SoC: 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of built-in storage. MediaTek Helio A22 capacity of 4GB+64GB is also priced at NGN 75,000 (approximately Rs.14,000).
