Although the specs below are based on speculation, the smartphone has not yet been officially released.

The mobile comes with 12 GB and 16 GB of RAM with internal storage options of 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB. With the support of microSDXCC, the memory can be increased (uses shared SIM slot).

A non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + Fast Charging 45W + USB Power Delivery 3.0 + Fast Qi/PMA Wireless Charging 15W + Reverse Wireless Charging powered by the Samsung Galaxy.

The smartphone features a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display that has a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. Two colors are available for the unit, such as Phantom Black and Phantom Silver. A single SIM (Nano-SIM and/or eSIM) or Hybrid Dual SIM is built into the smartphone (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).

The smartphone’s rear camera consists of a penta camera consisting of 108 MP (2nd gen) (wide) + 10 MP (telephoto periscope) 10x optical zoom + 10 MP (telephoto) 3x optical zoom + 12 MP (ultrawide) Super 10 MP (telephoto periscope).

The “Ultra” branding has been reserved for the top-tier flagship of Samsung since 2019. This started with the Galaxy S20 Ultra and was also carried forward with the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. As Samsung is expected to unveil three Galaxy S21 versions, including an Ultra version, early 2021 will not be any different.

The Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+ will round out Samsung’s flagship series for the coming year. The company will offer a robust flagship smartphone in different price ranges.

Most possibly, the Galaxy S21 Ultra would have the same chipset as the other handsets in the series. This implies that the Exynos 2100 SoC will also be operated by it globally. In select markets, the phone will ship with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888. Configurations of 12/16GB RAM and 128/256GB storage may be on sale. The phone will allow 25W charging, but in Europe it does not come with a charger or earphones in the package, and Samsung is also reportedly designing an optional 30W charger for the whole lineup.
